Planning for this year’s auction is in full swing, and we need your help to make this event a success. Here’s how:
Donations are the heart of our auction, and we couldn’t get the amazing items we have without you! All of our donations are solicited or directly donated by our parents.
We need items of every kind at our auction, from restaurant gift cards, to merchandise, to vacations, to one-of-a-kind experiences. The items that are most valuable and raise the most money for the school are unique experiences.
Think about your personal network and how they can help you donate special items.

- Vacation Homes & Resort Stays
- Sports Tickets or Memorabilia
- Dining or Food Experiences
- Shopping Parties or Spa Experiences
- Celebrity Meet & Greets
Have you personally considered making a donation to our auction? Are you great at hosting parties? What about a cupcake/cake pop party? Or even a tea party? Kids love Xbox/Wii parties, sports parties, etc. And for the grownups, what about hosting wine parties or cocktail parties? Girls Night In?
No donation is too small. One small item combined with others could make a nice gift basket that may go for big money.
Remember that all proceeds are going back to West End Middle and benefitting your child(ren) directly.
