It’s Teacher Appreciation Week at West End!

Here’s a look at everything we’ve got planned for our wonderful teachers:
Monday: Coffee cart
Tuesday: Breakfast from James Beard Award-winning chef (and West End parent) RJ Cooper
Wednesday: Dessert Day (provided by parents; sign up here)
Thursday: Catered lunch (provided by neighborhood faith organizations–thank you!)
Friday: Taco lunch (provided by the PTSO)
And once again this year, teachers can have their cars washed right in our parking lot during the school day.
Wondering what you can do to help make this week extra special?
1. Tell your child’s teachers what they mean to you. Take time to send a heartfelt note from you and/or your child letting them know why you are thankful for them. Our teachers work so hard for our children, so let’s take that extra moment to put pen to paper to tell them why they matter. Attach to flowers or a gift card if you are so inclined.
2. Help ensure we’ve got plenty of yummy treats for Dessert Day on Wednesday:
