If in-person learning becomes safe to do later in the semester, families will still have the option to continue with virtual learning.
A few days ago, you should have received an email from MNPS with a link to a survey asking you to express a preference for digital or in-person learning when health conditions allow school buildings to open. You can also access the survey by clicking here.
Note that you will not be locked into the option you choose right now, but it allows the district to better plan and prepare. In addition to preferences for virtual or in-person learning, the survey asks families to identify whether students have access to their own technology devices and/or WiFi or will need to borrow a laptop or hotspot from school.
